Chateau de Bella Fluffy Cotons

  We are the humans that have been trained by Cosmo and Bella, a family of 5, with kids ages 13yrs, 11yrs, and 9yrs. About seven years ago we relocated to Alpharetta, GA and decided to start looking for a family pet. At the time our son was deathly afraid of dogs, so it was tough finding a breed he was comfortable with and small enough for me to deal with since I knew I'd be the one taking care of it and schlepping it to the vet, etc. Well, the Coton de Tulear happened to be the breed we all loved, and luckily found a breeder close by and purchased Cosmo. A few years later we puchased Bella Sera. We've had no regrets at all with this breed. Our Cosmo and Bella, are our babies, are certainly part of our family, and are extremely pampered and spoiled. For those of you with kids, you'll understand that there are times we say "we shoulda just had puppies!" haha!! They don't talk back, they don't ask for money, and really, they can do no wrong!

  During our search for a dog, we were of course concerned about where the dog came from, we wouldn't buy from a pet store, we wanted to make sure it came from a good breeder not a puppy mill, and was going to be registered with a good club, that supports the breed standards and doesn't allow inbreeding. Our Cotons came from a reputable breeder, C.C. of Crabapple Crossing Cotons, and are registered with the Coton de Tulear Club of America, CTCA.  After enjoying these precious babies so much, and feeling like we couldn't stop at just two, we decided to become CTCA Code of Ethics  breeders. CosmoPolitan "Vixen" and Bella Sera are from two completely different lines and are a perfect match, they have both passed their required health tests. Since the kids were a little older, we thought it would be a rewarding and exciting experience for them for us to start a breeding program.

As you can see we love our babies!

We have so much fun with them. They are great travelers, we take them with us on vacation. We rarely take a vacation that we can't take them with us. But they do well with a pet sitter, too. It was the best thing for us to buy Bella as she and Cosmo are great friends!

Bella has made herself comfortable in Cosmo's crate.
